Anja FischenichCreator of the 'Great Carbon Footprint Game'Anja is an accidental entrepreneur! During her Erasmus year at LSBU she came up with the carbon footprint game and became business partner to Emma. Her game has won her an enterprise award and she was highly commended in the Green Gowns in 2015.
She lives and works in Germany specialising in water resources management and always enjoys her long train trips for business events in the UK. Anja delivers international work on the ‘How Bad are Bananas?’ game on behalf of Future We Want (meaning flying-intimidated Emma gets to extend her no-flying timeline!). Professor Mike Berners-Lee
Author of 'How Bad Are Bananas?'
A book about carbon footprints can only be boring, right? Well, if Bill Bryson says about it "I can't remember the last time I read a book that was more fascinating, useful and enjoyable all at the same time”, then you know that boring is the last thing this book is. Of course, we are talking about 'How Bad Are Bananas? The Carbon Footprint of Everything' by Mike.
Mike is a professor at Lancaster University, author, expert on climate change impacts and wants to bring about a more sustainable world. |
