Why come?
The Bananas Fringe brings together climate change communicators and sustainability leaders who use (or plan to use) the How Bad are Bananas? Carbon Footprint game or other innovative tools to educate and inspire their stakeholders
|
The fringe event will explore game formats generally and the bananas game specifically. We will create spaces to share and learn best practice from your peers who are using games for climate change literacy. If you don't have the game - don't fret - we have activities for you too!
Either way you'll be inspired by a workshop and rejuvenated through sharing. Boredom is not an option.
Come and share your climate change communications and learn from others.

The main conference, Playful Learning runs from 10th – 12th July and is pitched at the intersection of learning and play for adults. Playful in approach and outlook, yet underpinned by robust research and working practices, we provide a space where teachers, researchers and students can play, learn and think together.
A space to meet other playful people and be inspired by talks, workshops, activities and events.
In its new home at the heart of England in Leicestershire, we are now opening the programme up to outdoor spaces, where evening activities will continue the playful learning and conversations after the formal programme ends.
Future We Want attended Playful Learning in 2018 and it was fun and eye-opening - great conference and wonderful ethos.
